We are very pleased to inform you Greenfield World Trade will be featured on BBC-TV the week of September 1st-5th to coincide with the Republican National Convention. The five minute segment is devoted solely to us and will air several times during the week. We will reach their global audience in more than 120 countries including the United States.
The segment focuses on the presidential election and how American competitiveness overseas will be impacted by its outcome. BBC was very keen to know our thoughts on global trade and how Senator McCain and Senator Obama stack up in expanding America’s export presence. Being the United States National Champion Exporter of the Year, needless to say we had some very pointed opinions to share with the BBC world audience. It would be a vast understatement to say the U.S. presidential campaign is getting much attention overseas. As American culture and principles are transmitted around the world through our trading activities, BBC believes that American exporters play a vital role representing our country. Many of you will most certainly be wondering what we said. I can only say we were not shy and to tune in the week of September 1st for a very important perspective on America’s trade future.
