I was talking with Rich Roffman during our weekly visit on his radio show. We discussed how home office workers often have to be their own “experts” or go-to gurus in a variety of areas.
From business development and accounting, to selecting the right home office furniture and creating the right design, it all falls to the home officer (even teleworkers, or corporate employees empowered by their bosses to work from home often have to handle details otherwise left to associates back in the corporate hive).
